Commercial Roofing
Umpqua Roofing Co., Inc. specializes in commercial roofing. We install, repair, and replace roofs on commercial buildings. Our goal is to keep commercial buildings functioning, dry, and leak free. Roof Maintenance and
Leak & Services
Proper maintenance is critical to extend the life of a commercial roof. It includes cleaning debris, treating any leaks, tears, water damage, repairing flashing and HVAC systems on the roof, preparing your roof for every season, and ensuring the roofing materials are in excellent condition. If you need a long-term maintenance plan we can take care of that too. We can create a maintenance plan that fits your needs. A maintenance plan will help ensure your roof lasts longer and leaks and problem areas are caught to prevent damage inside the building. The roof is often the last component of the building to be maintained and is often forgotten. Creating a service plan eliminates many of the early roof failures and ensures the roof is not forgotten or neglected.

Roof Examinations & Estimates
We will assess existing roofs and examine them to determine estimated remaining service life and problem areas. Doing so can help prevent further roof damages, identify any problems early and whether or not the roof needs to be replaced, and avoid costly repairs in the future. Our commercial roofing estimators provide estimating services and oversee activities for all roofing projects. They will estimate the labor, materials, time requirement, and other factors that contribute to the overall cost of the project.
Onsite Safety
Umpqua Roofing Co., Inc. takes safety seriously and is committed to providing its employees with a safe worksite environment. We have Continual Monthly Safety Education classes where we institute special training programs including, but not limited to, CPR, fall protection, asbestos handling, aerial-boom, scissor lift, forklift, and rigging. We work to have each crew member complete the OSHA 10 program and to be certified with torch operations through the CERTA program. As a result of our safety program, we have one of the lowest workmen’s compensation experience modification rates for the industry in the state. Our safety manager is frequently on our jobsites to ensure safety guidelines are being followed.

We offer and follow all of the industry standard and established safety measures, including fast and easy to install guardrails that are free-standing for fall protection systems. Guardrails act as warning lines to help block workers from exposure to fall hazards while they are on the roof. The base of the guardrails requires no penetration of the substrate eliminating the risk of leaks.
Site Management
Our roofing systems are installed by professional crews. Each crew has an onsite foreman which provides professional leadership and direction for our crews. At Umpqua Roofing Co., Inc. the foremen are given project and manufacturer specific details and specific installation instructions by the project manager necessary to achieve the roofing system goals required by the project. Each foreman organizes the project resources needed, including equipment, materials, and labor to accomplish successful installation and long-term performance from the roofing systems we work on.
Roofing Systems

Umpqua Roofing Co., Inc. has experience with all of the commonly used low slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, built-up roofing, and many others. We are also approved installers for a variety of manufacturers which qualifies us for installation of many of the commonly specified systems and will help qualify your roof for a manufacturer’s warranty. We install the different roof types with adhesive, mechanical fasteners, and hot asphalt just to name a few application methods.

We also install coatings. Over the years some coatings have developed into a solution for your roof that can legitimately extend the life of your roof by 5, 10, or even 20 years. This can be a much less intrusive option that requires less disruption to your roof and building occupants.

We also install waterproofing. Whether it is below grade waterproofing or hot rubber on a plaza or roof deck we can do it.
